The Consumer Communications Bureau is responsible for managing the CDI toll-free telephone line, resolving consumer complaints that are time-sensitive in nature, administering the Mediation Program, leading the CSD Health Triage Team, chairing the CSD Inter-Agency Health Team, responding to inquiries received through the Department's Web site, and assisting consumers at the public counter.
